Startup process
The driver turns the ignition key or presses the start button, the electromagnetic switch is energized, and the movable iron core pushes the shift fork to mesh the starter drive gear with the engine flywheel.
The motor is energized and rotates, and the flywheel is driven to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the crankshaft starts to rotate, and the engine enters the starting state.
Disengage after startup
After the engine is started, the speed is higher than the starter, the one-way clutch is automatically separated, the drive gear is separated from the flywheel, the electromagnetic switch is de-energized, and the starter stops working.
